About the Practitioners

Deborah Blais, LMT, owner, is a 2002 graduate of North Eastern Institute of Whole Health School of Massage Therapy in Manchester, NH passing her classes, National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and NH Licensing Exam with high marks.With over 1,000 scholastic hours and counting, Deborah has taken classes such as Trigger Point Therapy, Low Back Pain, Neck Pain and Headaches, Ethics, Fibromyalgia, Hot Stone massage, Raindrop technique and several more over the past 20 years. Currently, Deborah is studying to become a Certified Clinical Aromatherapy Practitioner through an intense program at Concord Hospital. She is very committed to her clients well being and educates them on self care techniques including stretching, self massage, correct posture and ice and heat applications.

Deborah is active in her community and enjoys traveling, photography, swimming and kayaking. Deborah is also Co-Founder of Mindfull Goddess Retreats.

 

Christine Haradon, LMT, RYT is a 1996 graduate of the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, NH. Christine practiced massage for a number of years privately in her office in Concord, in Chiropractor's offices, and also did massage therapy remote in client's homes. After taking time off from practicing to raise two boys, Christine is excited to be returning to the field of Massage Therapy. Christine enjoys helping people who are experiencing pain, high-stress levels, and people who just need an outlet for relaxation. Christine is also a registered Yoga instructor and incorporates what she has learned in Yoga to bring recommendations to her clients for at-home stretching and relaxation techniques.

Christine's others interests include hiking, yoga, spending time at the ocean, and time with her family. Christine is also a Hockey fan and rarely if ever misses a Bruins game. Christine is excited to bring her experience and love for health and wellness to Sage.

Kelly Chace, LMT is a 2006 graduate of the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester NH. Kelly’s private practice began at a Chiropractic office.  After 10 years Kelly  moved her Concord practice closer to home.  Kelly is Certified in Hot Stone/cold stone massage and Massage Cupping therapies, which she often incorporates into her deep tissue sessions as a comfortable way to ease into and  access the areas needing the most attention,  Kelly is also a Certified Herbalist, with 30 yrs of study and experience. She enjoys using her knowledge and often her handcrafted herbal oils and creams in her bodywork sessions to enhance pain relief and relaxation. Her goal is to provide each client with the best approach to reach their health and wellness goals, whether simply relaxation, or a detailed approach to pain relief, flexibility and self care.

Kelly’s other passions include gardening, foraging wild plants, cultivating herbs used in her herbal products and teaching others how to use herbs to enhance their wellbeing.       

Kelly is available to work with VA patients with referral, as well as traditional clients, in her Pittsfield, NH office. (VA referrals must go through Deborah Blais, LMT at Sage Wellness and Massage.) 

Dawn Waites, LMT has been practicing massage therapy since 1998. Dawn has worked in chiropractors’ offices, day spas, and in a private practice in Manchester, N.H. A self-proclaimed perpetual scholar, military veteran and avid traveler, life’s journey has led Dawn down many interesting and unusual paths, compelling her to change careers and reenlist into the military. After returning from deployment, Dawn enrolled into Colby-Sawyer College, focusing on environmental studies and organic farming, with an emphasis on permaculture. Dawn is certified in Aromatherapy, Biomechanical Restructuring I & II, Reiki, and other energy modalities, Dawn’s massage techniques include gentle relaxation, Trigger Point Therapy, AromaMassage, and deep tissue, specializing in neck and lower back treatments for chronic pain.
